Thank you!

I’d like to thank the USDF “L” Judging program faculty members for creating a structured and certified program that covers so many interesting and important areas in sport of dressage. In the “L” program dressage enthusiasts can learn from the best dressage experts in the United States.

I would like to thank organizers of the “L” Judging Program in Northern California. USDF “L” Judging programs are quite rare and only a 10 participants are admitted to final exam. Some of the participants in our program waited 5 years to get in and others traveled from other states to participate. It’s really an exciting and unique opportunity to be a part of the USDF “L” Judging program.

I would like to thank four of my devoted and supportive scribes who made long treks with me, scribed during the cold and hot days for me, away from their husbands, kids and families. As well as my fellow "L" participants for studying together with me and giving a helping hand to each other.

I would like to thank numerous volunteers who made the USDF "L" program possible: scribes, runners, and scores who volunteered for 20 candidates for 3 hot weekends. Several dozens of demo riders who volunteered to ride affront of 40+ people and be publicly critiqued by USDF "L" faculty.

I would like to thank barn owners who hosted USDF "L" program and allowed us to use their facilities for 3 weekends.

I would like to thank rated show managers who were supportive of USDF "L" participants and allowed us to be present at their rated shows.

I would like to thank judges who allowed us to sit with them during the show that they judged and answered our questions.

I would like to thank schooling show managers who gave us our first opportunity to co-judge their schooling shows.

Lastly, I woudl like to thank my husband and my son for tolerating my absence during 3 weekends of each month for a year that it took me to finish "L" program.
